The first phase of the @StopSixCNI redevelopment, Cowan Place, has gone vertical. The 174-unit affordable senior living community is being developed as a partnership between Fort Worth Housing Solutions and @McCormackBaron. The project architect is Bennet Partners.

Seniors are invited to socialize over ice cream treats at Handley Meadowbrook Community Center on Tuesday, Aug. 30 (10:30 a.m.-noon). Guest speaker from @Aetna insurance is part of the festivities. Cavile Place seniors and seniors in the community are welcome to attend.
