@MyVice_71 In many states they do not. Furthermore even when they do sign a document saying they do not approve, often the children are paddled anyway. And there is no legal recourse unless it is illegal in that state.

School administrators are legally able to hit children with boards in 19 states. In Florida a principal assaulted a child in front of her mother who was not even aware of what was going to be happening. Where is the outrage and the action on behalf of children?
