Hello @FedEx really great of you to tell me my package would be delivered between 12:10pm and 4:10 pm so I took a half day came home at lunch to find out if missed the delivery at 10:43am. Figure it out. You guys are the worst.
@FedExHelp Hey Jeff, we've been through this three times this year. And all that ever happens is you read me what's on the tracking page. I can do that. What I can't do is make up for lost wages and broken promises. Or accurately predict what day I should stay home to sign.
The package is now essentially listed as lost. I've lost many dollars this year trying to work with the schedule @Fedex provides. They are the absolute worst.
I know it's the only thing I use Twitter for these days but. @Fedex once again. Told me my signature required package was arriving early. Today between 11:40 and 3:40 pm. At 3 pm it was last scanned in Troutdale,OR. 200 miles away. I once again took time off work to sign for this
Just want to point out that my @FedEx package that went missing on Friday is still missing. They closed the support case and I can only assume are with holding the package out of spite. Great business model.
. @fedex should have to reimburse you if you take a day off to sign for a signature required package that they fail to deliver. I can't count how many times they've done this.
