"Bullying back" in the workplace is not a good solution to dealing with bullying or harassment. When someone responds to bullying with more bullying, it only creates a cycle of abuse, more intense.
The bully will flip the script and blame the innocent employee.

This is why individuals who are genuine and are independent thinkers are good, they help to stop cliques and cults.
