@British_Airways How do I escalate a complaint then? The baggage contact centre said they also couldnt escalate it, and seem like they're not actually accountable to BA in any way

@British_Airways Hi. You lost my lugagge on 31/3 and i was told yesterday this had been found and would be delivered. However, I called the baggage team today for an update and they told me this actually wasnt true and they dont know where my bag is. Please can someone DM me ASAP

@British_Airways Also i asked to escalate this with the baggage team and was told there are no managers to speak to and they wouldnt be able to phone me back if they find anything out. So i need to escalate this elsewhere

@British_Airways i have spoken to them multiple times - they have told me different things each time, have hung up on me, and wont even follow up with the person who said they found my bag. I want to escalate this

The point is that a club can just use a commercial flight that was running anyway and add zero extra emissions.
