I earned $165,000+ on @fiverr in a year and a half. Top Rated seller ⭐⭐⭐, their highest level.

Then someone changed the phone number on my account. A Canadian number I've never seen in my life.

I did what you're supposed to do. Reported it to @FiverrSupport the same day. Gave them every verification detail they asked for.

They restricted my account. Then flagged it. For "irregular account activity."

The activity I reported. As the victim.

That unknown number is still on my account right now. My withdrawals are disabled. And every ticket I open gets closed automatically before a human even reads it.

I've defended this platform in every conversation where someone mocked it. I never thought I'd need a public post to get one reply.

I don't want anything special. Remove the number I never added. Secure my account. Turn my access back on.

@FiverrSupport Hi @FiverrSupport, thanks a bunch for responding here. I have kept that ticket in check. It's turned back to 'open' from 'solved' but haven't gotten any reply on that ticket yet, been an hour. Should wait more?

My Fiverr account's(storm_designs50) phone number was changed to one I don't recognize. I reported it to @FiverrSupport immediately and completed every ownership verification they requested. Instead of securing my account, it was restricted and later flagged for the activity I reported as unauthorized.

The unknown phone number is still linked to my account, withdrawals are disabled, and every new support ticket closes automatically without a response.

I'm simply requesting that my security report be reviewed by a human, the unauthorized number be removed, my account be secured, and my access be restored. I can verify ownership at any time. Ticket #14692538 .
