It's yearbook season, and at Skyview, it's extra special. Not only is it the school's 25th anniversary, this year's edition is a return to normalcy, and kids love to see it.
Yearbook distribution is today. You must have photo ID to claim your pre-ordered book. A few copies will be available in the Business Office for $50 starting @ 2:05. After today you can pick up yearbooks before school, lunch, or after school near the attendance office w/photo ID.
One of the gifts of being a teacher is seeing your graduates happy, healthy, and thriving in college and beyond. Here are some graphic design and yearbook alums at @WWU (plus my niece)

@thecolumbian is doing our annual grad project, collecting stories from a handful of graduates in the community to tell the tale of 2021-22 and what’s to come.

3) This is a public health experiment. Very few spaces are like schools. The closest I can think of in terms of volume of people/tightness of space is a plane where...there are masks.
4) Ss have told me they feel social pressure if no one else is masked, so I will be that person.
Our masks will be optional come Monday, but I will stay masked for now. Why?
1) I'm told that every classroom has adequate ventilation but I have no windows and a door that opens ... into another classroom.
2) I can't take any time off until the yearbook is done!

Here are the project turn-in rates for the class I promised could teach me a TikTok dance if they all finished vs. the class with no extra incentive. Hitting the Gritty for grad rates.
Skyview students/staff/alum: Can you take this quick survey about BOLT? Trying to gather some info/anonymous (or credited!) quotes to share about its role at school. THANK YOU for helping out!

@HJBenjamin I do! I even made a necklace entitled "The Floor of the Sistine Chapel" for my jewelry exhibition. It's stunning and looking at is a great way to rest your neck after looking up so long.
