So why do we keep praying and living like we're trying to convince God to do what Jesus already accomplished?

We should be praying from a place of faith and thanksgiving, not fear and desperation.

"Father, thank You for what Jesus has already done. Thank You for Your grace, Your promises, and the victory we have in Christ."

Faith isn't about getting God to love us, accept us, or bless us through our performance. It's about trusting Jesus and His finished work.

Stop approaching God like the cross wasn't enough.

Pray with confidence. Give thanks. Trust His Word.

And remember, IT IS FINISHED.

Tomorrow night, millions of children will be filling their bags with Halloween candy.

☠️ Florida reported finding ARSENIC in 28 of 46 popular candy products tested, including Snickers, Skittles, Nerds and Sour Patch Kids!

⚠️ Arsenic is toxic, and long-term exposure to certain forms can cause serious health problems, including cancer.

But newer independent testing found no detectable arsenic in some of those same candies.

So who's right? How much of the arsenic detected was the more dangerous inorganic kind?

Parents deserve answers, not conflicting reports!

Erika Kirk's visit to Fayetteville Christian School ended with protesters outside and footage circulating of her reportedly leaving through a back entrance.

But here's what we should really be questioning.

Why are Christian schools becoming the center of these political controversies in the first place?

Some parents raised concerns about safety, political influence and not being consulted before the event. Yet school leadership moved forward.

These are middle and high school students, not political campaign audiences.

What exactly is the goal of bringing the CEO of Turning Point USA into a school chapel? Teaching children about civic responsibility? Spreading the Gospel? Or building the next generation of a political movement?

And why keep pushing these appearances when parents are raising legitimate concerns?

Children deserve an education, not to be caught in the middle of political battles.

Jesus should be the center of a Christian school, not political influence.

A Christian school, a political leader, and protesters outside chanting “KICK OUT KIRK.”

This happened Wednesday in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Erika Kirk, CEO of Turning Point USA, visited Fayetteville Christian School to speak to junior high and high school students.

Protesters showed up carrying signs saying “Stop Grifting With God” and “Religion Is Not a Paycheck.”

Some parents had already raised concerns about safety and political influence. The school defended the visit, saying the presentation was about civic engagement and attendance was optional.

Here's my question:

Should Christian schools be bringing political organizations into chapel, or should the focus stay on teaching children about Jesus?

And would your answer change if the speaker came from the other side of politics?
