@FarmersWeekly And we don't have people moaning about lack of white farmers in China, or Pakistan, Turkey, or anywhere else.

It's only in the UK, Europe and US do we have a push to make things diverse. When Whites globally are actually a minority when compared to Chinese, indians etc 🤷🏻‍♂️

@FarmersWeekly It's a predominatly white country so it's going to be mostly white. Farmers don't hire to fill woke diversity quotas.

Should be on quality not race. But if you're going to bring race into off the bat, people won't want you. Same for they/them clowns.
