Random tip from your roaming Streaming Producer if you are doing a collab, have your guest record their audio. This way editors have a cleaner track to work with for vods and clips.

This whole VShojo thing has me frustrated, aside from the obvious things, the idea of VTuber agencies. I genuinely believe it's possible to do one correctly, and I think even VShojo may have at least their first year or two. But now there's no confidence in the concept.

1) Completley remove idol concepts (ie graduation)
2) full financial transparency
3) No IP ownership
4) It's about support not control.
i know its not that simple.. but just for starters...

@VShojo You over extended yourselves, tried to grow more than you could sustain. This demonstrates that at some point, your mission statement became irrelevant, the talent wasn't first anymore. This isn't about not generated revenue, it's about managing books.
