Our team visited our St Crispin's school project in Edinburgh last week. Works are progressing well and we are looking forward to starting the MEP services.
MEP works are progressing well at our WH Smith store fit out at Manchester Airport. The high level services are being completed prior to the ceiling rafts being installed.
Works are nearing completion at our Royal Mail sorting office project in Mallusk. Works were completed while working in a live operational 24 hour site with phased shutdowns. Works included 2 new chillers, new fan coil units, AHU upgrades and replacement of heating plant.
We are delighted to announce a number of projects that we have successfully secured within the London region this month with the Maybourne Group.
Works include a 4-storey extension at the Claridge's Hotel and the refurb of the ground and lower ground floor inc the grand ballroom.
Company Director Don Monaghan presented Carrickfergus under 11 Rugby team with a 40 inch smart TV for a raffle to help raise funds for a tournament in Scotland. We wish them the best of luck
We would like to say a massive thank you to our staff for providing food donations for a local food bank in our community. The food bank works to tackle food poverty and hunger in our local communities, as well as across the UK.
Progress update. We have started the first fix MEP services on a new office development at 400 Longwater Avenue, Reading.
It is a grade A, high-quality office space delivered to Category A and consists of 2 standalone buildings (North & South) with a linked connection.
Contract award:
We are delighted to announce we will be providing the MEP services to an element of the dynamic city centre Buchanan Wharf development on the South Bank of the river Clyde in Glasgow.
We are looking forward to starting the MEP services on our Cornbrook apartment project in Manchester. The project features 363 residential apartments over two towers of 16 and 19 storeys with car parking and a landscaped podium courtyard.
Its Christmas Eve and our elf is back in Belfast and has been spotted at Victoria Square in Belfast admiring the Christmas tree and decorations.
We have heard he will either return by plane, train or maybe even by magic. Until next year Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Although our offices are now closed until Monday 6th January our elf has appeared at another ongoing project at Gilbert Ash new headquarters in Belfast.
Elf update!
Our elf has made it back to London to visit our project at Kings College Hospital. So far he has travelled all over the UK and still has a few days to visit further sites.
The Stothers Elf has been found today enjoying the views of Belfast from our student accommodation project at Little Patrick Street. The project is spread over 11 floors with over 430no beds in a mix of studio and cluster bedrooms.

From St Andrews in Scotland to Ealing in London our Elf has been found today visiting our Dorset House project which comprises of 30 apartments ranging from 1 bed to 3 bed duplex apartments. The project also provides car parking, a business centre and communal spaces.
Still a "fairway" to go on our PSR St Andrews project and we have finally "pinned" down the Stothers elf. "Flagging" and still feeling "under par" after the Christmas party, he struck while the "iron" was hot and nipped out for a quick 9 holes this morning before visiting site.
The Stothers Elf has been found recovering on the steps at the Titanic Building in Belfast after our Christmas party which was held there on Saturday night. He was feeling very sorry for "himelf" but hopefully he will be back visiting sites tomorrow.
Our Elf has visited our Royal Mail sorting office project in Mallusk this morning. He has called in to check that all Santa's letters are being delivered ok. He enjoyed "himelf!"
