@virginmedia We’ve been on hold to a call centre for 2 hours. When we finally got through they said the line is bad and they will call us straight back. That was half an hour ago. We cannot get any help with an ongoing problem that we’ve had for 4 months. You have no problem with taking DD!
@Ocado Absolutely disgusted with your service. To be told on the morning of my regular delivery that you’ve had a surge in demand and can’t deliver at all sounds ridiculous. I simply don’t believe this is not due to the change to M&S and wonder where your loyalty to customers has gone.
