Customer support reacted on my first email, apologized ... but after that just silence. So unexpected. One could think that @OmniluxLED is proper customer oriented company. I'm on the verge of declaring them as fraud
Does #omnilux really exist? Did someone actually get ordered product? Product paid, never sent.
No phones form their site get answered, never - only announcement to call during the working. Needless to say that I was calling many times during USA and European central time.
