@neil_killick Been at a client who had a 'fluency model'. Bonuses at seniors level tied to hitting 'fluency targets' - cue, all types of bonkers behaviour to hit said target.

@johnmcfadyen @ScrumAlliance Depends on topic. Some over VC is absolutely fine e.g I did a Clean Language course with @OlafLewitz and the format works well, anything experiential e.g playing with silence maybe less so.

With multiple teams, move responsibility to self organizing teams by avoiding team-level (i.e. fake) Product Owners. Likewise, let's not turn Scrum Masters into coordinators. Our goal is adaptability and learning, not maximizing team output.
