A new report from @stradaeducation Institute for the Future of Work finds AI is having a measurable impact on entry-level hiring.
Among employers that have explored AI, 46% reported increased entry-level hiring in 2025, compared to 13% reporting decreases. Employers were also more likely to anticipate a positive impact from AI on hiring in 2026 than a negative one.
The report found organizations taking a company-wide approach to AI were more likely to report hiring growth than employers using AI primarily to automate routine tasks.
