Sholom Y. Goodman (Phygital) @Berne_it_DAOn is no longer our brand ambassador. He failed to fulfill his obligations, promoted other projects, and ghosted us after being asked to return $100,000 in marketing funds.

Despite multiple requests, he refuses to return the funds. As a lawyer, this is unacceptable. A formal complaint has been filed with the California Bar Association.

If Sholom returns the funds, we will move on without further action. Until then, feel free to ask him why he won’t return what’s owed.
