The evidence was a picture with Trump way before the supposed incident at some type of social event and a friend who said she was told about it.

Trump has taken tens of thousands of photos with people in his life, as anyone with fame typically does.

So it wasn't particularly compelling evidence, but the standard wasn't reasonable doubt.

That being said, one has to be pretty biased to think the evidence in this case proves guilt of rape... which is why that was never their intent to prove.

In a vacuum, I could almost be convinced the evidence was even slightly compelling.

Given that people will kill themselves after trying to kill Trump because the media is so effective at propaganda... I have no doubt someone would lie.

So how do we know for sure? We don't, but non stop bullshit claims being proven false over and over and over again make my standard reasonable doubt.
