Nerd room is like 70% back. Need to move a couch into the guest room, move bar, and unpack movies/games. All things considered, im super fortunate to not lose anything.

I think I am ready for a Tom King break from my cape shit.

@Kid_Kinobi On top of it all, Hal at least tries to help ten years prior, and does a dime for it.

[S @BlueMonkey19]

Why do I feel like they didn't expect Kyle Chandler's Hal Jordan to be such a fan favourite?

[⨂ PridefulSin @ReignOfPride]

I will say though…

The choices they have made with Hal Jordan as a whole in the DCU is kinda fucking wild

[StrandedJay @StrandedJay]

I dont think Lanterns fully nailed all of their narrative concepts, but overall I loved the show. Lets hope we get a season 2 of some capacity.

[StrandedJay @StrandedJay]

Snyder did that with BVS. He thought putting the Death of Superman and TDKR into his second movie in universe would be cool, but didnt realize that there is like 60 yrs of lore before that, and it comes off cheap af.

David Ellison visited the set of Man of Tomorrow earlier this year.

During that trip, James Gunn and Peter Safran gave a presentation to Paramount outlining DC's 10-year plan and strategy.

Ellison backed the vision during the meeting.

This is what self-defeating statement looks like.

If you’re a DC fan who actually wants him running DC, why would you want him to gamble his position just to make a statement for you? What happens then? he gets fired and you’re left with another DC overhaul? Be serious.

[StrandedJay @StrandedJay]

@JoeMish3 Gunn will stay until his announced projects are finished. After that, Zach Snyder will take over and give the fans they want...oh wait, this isnt a nightmare. Thank God that wont happen.

People acting like Disney buying Marvel wasn't as horrific at the time.

People literally thought it was the end of Marvel. And in some ways, maybe it was. Its also a multi billion dollar franchise, so...

Also every major corporation you like, has many conservatives in charge.

Cancelled my ps5 order of Belmonts Curse and ordered the switch version. Looks good at 60 fps, and any visual breakdown doesnt bother me. Guarantee there will be a switch 2 upgrade in the future too. With the basement still being repaired, this game is meant for handheld.

[Ryan Schramm @RySchramm]

"You know there were green lantern comics before Geoff Johns, right?"

My brother in Christ, DC literally handed Green Lantern to Johns and said "fix this, please"

[StrandedJay @StrandedJay]

@mlc22_ @actionanderson @AxelTalksFilm Setting up a Justice League Movie is different than forcing films in the DCU to hint towards it/always have cameos to lead everything there.

[StrandedJay @StrandedJay]

@actionanderson @AxelTalksFilm Yes, but Unlike Marvel, not having a clear 'finish line' that leads to an epic crossover movie isnt really the goal of the DCU. Creating a living, diverse, universe of characters and stories that can all be a different feel from one another is 100% the goal. Like the comics.

[StrandedJay @StrandedJay]

@actionanderson @AxelTalksFilm Everyone keeps sayng this. One film will not define a franchise. If that were the case, the MCU would have stopped at Thor.
