بعيدًا عن الكاميرا، كانديس إنسانة لطيفة جدًا، خفيفة دم، وطبيعية. اختلفنا في حاجات كتير، بس اتفقنا في نقاط جوهرية جدًا تخص اللي بيحصل في أمريكا والشرق الأوسط.

هي كانت صريحة بشكل نادر، واتكلمت بوضوح عن مواقفها القديمة، وعن إزاي هي وغيرِها من الإنفلونسرز في بداياتهم اتعرضوا لغسل دماغ حقيقي. واتكلمت كمان عن إزاي آراءها اتغيرت، خصوصًا فيما يخص فلسطين، وإسرائيل، والعرب والمسلمين.

أنا عندي احترام كبير لأي حد عنده التواضع، والذكاء، والشجاعة إنه يراجع نفسه، ويواجه البرمجة اللي اتزرعت جواه سنين عشان تفضل مسيطرة عليه.
ده مش ضعف… ده شجاعة. وده هو النمو الحقيقي.
