Yesterday, I lost my dog, Mojo. He’s been with me almost as long as I’ve been in Canada. I grew up with him. He was my brother. I miss him so much, and it kills me that I’ll never get to hug him again. I wanted to share some pictures so people can see what a good dog he was.
@Naaackers @HunterBadger96 If that’s how you feel then sure. I’m more on the side that gate keeping this site will continue to turn it into more of an echo chamber than it already is. For the record I don’t have any engagement anyway lol. I just had a thought that stemmed from a discussion I had last night
@HunterBadger96 @Naaackers Well sure, but this is Twitter. If someone who sees this can’t either just scoff and disagree or put in the time to counter so there is a discussion as you have, then I think we missed the whole point of forum based posting. If this is held against me in the future then I own it.
@HunterBadger96 Replied to something similar already but yes there are other ways to learn and grow that I’ve believed have already been extensively covered by others. Obviously the responsibility of those things does not fall on the viewer. I thought I’d clarify that I don’t believe it does.
@Naaackers @HunterBadger96 And moreover being able to monetize a stream is much easier if you can show prospective sponsors that you have an active chat etc.
@Naaackers @HunterBadger96 My overall point was directed at lurking with the expectation of shared support etc. And to a larger extent the discussion that active viewers improve a streamers experience more than lurkers, which again the burden isn’t to be placed on the viewer when it comes to how they watch
