@revenant_MMXX I'm in the top 10% of earners in Canada. 34 and I own a home which is a pipe dream for most. I live extremely frugally and even then I struggle to do more than maintain what I have and maybe save a little. Then something breaks and wipes out the savings and I start again.

@SlumRNA_Dog I now am the dedicated apprentice trainer where I am and receive constant feedback that the apprentices really value my mentorship. Many of whom have thanked me personally and gone on to get leadership roles. Because I know what it's like to get the "standard" bullying treatment.

@SlumRNA_Dog I've spent over a decade in the trades. When I started out I had mentors who straight up abused me. I learned nothing and felt bad. Then I met ones who, although would be harsh they would also be fair and share their own mistakes and give encouragement. Night and day difference.
