@tweetsbyaayush @just_snabbit I just had the worst experience ever trying to use Snabbit, why advertise if your staff do not have training to do work. When staff did not even touch a piece at home and lied before taking OTP, how do you keep such cheats? And customer care is worst

@just_snabbit offer pack of Rs99 for 3 bookings. After booking , expert took OTP and then said she does not know how to iron and left. Cust care said they will cancel the offer pack and refund money. But now the booking marked complete and offer pack says 2 /3 service remaining

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares @harshamjty @phanikishan Dominos pizza on Swiggy Bolt did not get delivered on time, tracking info showing 2min away, no intimation on delay, Swiggy asked to contact Dominos and Dominos no did not connect. Had to order elsewhere as guests were waiting. (1/2)

@Swiggy @SwiggyCares placed Dominos order on Swiggy bolt , delivery showed in 15min , was not delivered. Swiggy Tracker showed 2min away. Unable to contact dominos, called after 41 min saying order is prepared , told them I don’t . They said they cannot cancel, dumped the order

@amazonIN @AmazonHelp @amazon Extremely disappointed with your handling of large orders. Ordered mattress , twice on Amazon, first wrong dimension sent and second time, damaged product. Now it’s stuck in return loop and Amazon can’t confirm when will be picked up. CC not helping

@Milkbasketin Raising concern re cheating customers showing discount while placing order and then deducting higher amount from wallet. This amounts to fraud. Worst customer care- issue raised on 17th Nov, ticket 31053264, SLA of 24hrs, no resolution yet after 10 days
