I've never liked him, he thinks and acts like a typical UMNO warlord, too much of himself just because he was a former MT member. But because he's so bitter that UMNO Johor didn't give af when he was dropped and even went to win without him, his bitterness has reached obsession level.

He just exposed how completely shallow his reading of politics truly is, especially since he didn't even know that there was an actual seat swap negotiated between the machineries. When he led JASA, he didn't do anything worth remembering except burn through public funds for God knows what.

The seat swap is a controlled, localized operational test to see how the vote-transfer formula handles a tight vote margin area. And BN isn't stupid enough to try and take all those 19 seats anyway—they know they will lose in every single one of them if they do, because they would be going against the actual PAS machinery and ground support.

As I’ve said over and over again: the South belongs to BN, and the 4S states belong to PN. The media should really stop taking Facebook posts as something to create news from, don't be lazy; y'all should go out and find real news instead.

Zetrix AI Bhd (KL:ZETRIX) IPO-ed as MyEG in January 2007, and went on to become a darling of Bursa Malaysia.

But it is now on the verge of falling into the cash-strapped Practice Note 17 category.

Friday, October 23: In a bourse filing, Zetrix AI Bhd said it will hold another sukuk holders’ meeting after parties failed to reach a deal on Friday to address a covenant breach involving its RM2 billion sukuk by the deadline.

It said the date of the next meeting has yet to be set.

TheEdge: Tracing MyEG/Zetrix's downfall...

Zetrix AI Bhd’s managing director Wong Thean Soon’s stake has fallen to insignificant levels of 1.84% currently from almost 30% a few weeks earlier, as a result of force selling by financial institutions he had pledged his shares to.

Until today, the cause of the selldown of Zetrix and Wong’s shares has not been explained.

Today, the largest shareholders of Zetrix AI are:

1) The Social Security Organisation (Socso) with 216 million shares or 2.72%,

2) Followed by International Finance Corp, the World Bank’s private sector arm, with 199.56 million shares or 2.51%.

Zetrix is now a company rudderless without any shareholder driving it.

In a meeting, Wong was clearly dishevelled, ill at ease, not answering his phone as it buzzed, obviously under pressure.

What are 'friends' for when the going gets tough...

Just on Friday, the company’s former executive chairman Datuk Dr Norraesah Mohamad stepped down, opting for a non-executive position.

Earlier this month, another director, Datuk Seri Mohd Mokhtar Mohd Shariff, had tepped down.

Both seemingly had left Wong to handle the trying times alone. (Fair weather? Fine... but now it's haze season, ain't it?)

Zetrix AI’s market capitalisation at RM592.3 million at its close on Friday was a far cry from its heyday in 2018 prior to the 14th general election.

Zetrix AI’s failure to remit RM314 million in collections from May to Sept this year to the Road Transport Department has resulted it being suspended from the task.

Zetrix AI and HeiTech Padu entered into an agreement in April 2024 to explore the deployment of blockchain technology in the National Integrated Immigration System or NIISe project.

Yes, that's Anwar's prime time.

However, the proposed collaboration did not materialise; the agreement lapsed in April 2025 and both parties agreed not to extend the agreement.

What is left in Zetrix AI is its blockchain business, but there are doubts as to how lucrative the business is, or whether Zetrix AI can keep pumping money into the capex-intensive business.

For Zetrix AI, raising funds seems like a pipe dream nowadays.

Financial institutions are likely to shun the company, and Wong meanwhile grapples with RM2 billion in sukuk, where a key covenant — that he remains the single largest shareholder — has been broken.

Communications minister Fahmi Fadzil said MCMC was investigating several incidents of coordinated inauthentic behaviour (CIB) targeting the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Sultan Ibrahim and Tuanku Muhriz, who is the Yang Dipertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan.

He said over 2,000 pieces of artificial intelligence (AI)-generated or highly offensive content, along with 600 fake accounts, had been identified as insulting the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

Investigations are ongoing, and if we positively identify specific individuals, we will bring them to justice,” he added.
