Our 2024 season begins!
We welcomed participants from across the globe to Strata Florida yesterday, and after an introduction to the site and abbey by Quentin this morning, everyone got to work on weeding the site, ready to begin excavations.
Very excited to see what we discover!
Since today is #WorldBookDay we couldn't resist mentioning our series of books, which include Strata Florida: History, Landscape and Literature, The Poetry of Strata Florida, the Daily Life of the Cistercians and St Mary's Church.
Have you heard about our 2024 mental health and wellbeing bursary?
