$CPRT approaching a critical support level around $26.
And the valuation at that price gets very interesting:
P/E -16.8x
EV/FCF - 14.3x
$4.2B cash on hand
Zero debt
Quality compounder going through a temporary growth slowdown - but the setup is there. International expansion, smart acquisitions, and buybacks could be exactly the catalyst this story needs.
The foundation is rock solid. Sometimes you just have to wait for the business to catch up.
$SOFI is sitting right at critical support — and the upside if it holds is significant.
The fundamentals are there:
1. 28x P/E with ~35% earnings growth expected for 2027 -that's a PEG below 1
2. Management has a track record of conservative guidance they consistently beat
This isn't just a chart play. The business is compounding underneath.
Chinese equities are trading at historically depressed valuations right now… almost single digit P/E ratios for names like this. If someone had told me a few years back that giants like $TCEHY and $BABA , or even the $KWEB index itself, would be trading at these levels - I would’ve called them crazy.

Great writeup!
Physical AI is gaining more traction, even with major banks - companies with actuators, reducers, sensors, software, and chips are slowly being discovered. It’ll be interesting once Tesla and Boston Dynamics start scaling production harder by 2028.
Like with data centers, there will likely be plenty of bottlenecks
Wrote up the full thesis — the accounting seam, the forward-P/E illusion, and why I'm cautiously bearish on semis over the next 6–18 months 👇

In 2026 the companies spending the most money on earth are down ~1%.
The companies they hand that money to are up ~88%.
$MSFT $AMZN $GOOGL $META write the cheques. $NVDA $AVGO $MU cash them.
The payer is lagging the payee by 80% - and it's not because chips are the better business. It's a timing gap in how AI earnings get recognised, and it's quietly flattering the entire S&P 500.
🚨 $HIMS IS NOW HIRING PEPTIDE API ENGINEERS & MANAGEMENT AT ITS PEPTIDE MANUFACTURING FACILITY IN MENLO PARK, CALIFORNIA
Hims wants to be the only company in the world with a fully vertically integrated peptide supply chain --- from API manufacturing to distribution
🔥🔥🔥
$CEG has been pulling back the last few days and is now trading at a fwd PEG < 1
Excellent for a company with visible adj. EPS growth of +20% CAGR through 2029, and that’s before factoring in the many future PPA contracts not yet included in guidance…
Also worth noting: building a replacement for CEG today would cost ~3x their current Enterprise Value.
Replacement cost is massive!
@unusual_whales Ironic, since the hyperscalers are the ones bankrolling that capex (aka semis revenue)… As Michael Burry put it, they’ve got their finger on the trigger whenever they choose to use it.
Is $LULU setting up for a breakout?
Fundamentals look compelling. Margin pressure reminds me of 2016–2018 - and they turned that story around.
✅P/E = 10.2x
✅10% buyback yield
✅No debt
History doesn't repeat, but it does rhyme.
$CPRT down ~6% today on "CEO transition" panic.
Jeff Liaw steps down July 31. Jay Adair - the man who built this company over decades as CEO - returns to the helm.
The market is treating the founder coming back as a red flag. I see it differently.
You're getting one of the best toll-booth businesses in the US - near-unbreakable land moat, 50%+ salvage market share, 37% operating margins — at ~14.5x earnings ex-cash.
The big fear: AI eats most of $SPGI revenue.
Reality - the piece actually exposed to AI is <6% of total revenue.
P/E ~20x – levels last seen 01/2019, after which it compounded 12.2% a year.
Chris Hohn's TCI has been buying too.
Everyone's fixated on MU's print – and the number should be strong – but that's not where the signal is. The real read is the call. Listen to management.
The memory industry's original sin has always been cyclicality. If the capex cycle ramps and prices don't crater the way they used to, you've got a structural case for a valuation re-rate. If it proves even mildly cyclical... ouch.
Memory is core infrastructure for this phase of the AI buildout. The only question that matters: when do prices roll over, and when does supply finally catch demand?

@DrewCohenMoney Classic fundamental consolidation play. Quality company, no doubt .. but the price you pay matters just as much, if not more. Long-term, AI will make film production cheaper, and given Netflix's vertical integration, that's where it gets really interesting.
