So we stopped asking how banks could share more data. We started asking a different question:

We were honored to be received by David Kateeba , Head of AI Development at the Science, Technology and Innovation Secretariat of Uganda , under the Office of the President Uganda, where we explored how #AmanziCloud can support Africa’s push toward sovereign AI infrastructure.

We’re encouraged by the invitation to collaborate with local tech companies as we continue our mission to make AI safer and smarter for Africa.

Grateful to Hon. Dr. Monica Musenero Masanza and David Gonahasa for making this engagement possible, and a huge thank you to Tumusiime Jacob (Amooti) for facilitating everything… as fellow visionary and innovator.

Grateful to have attended the Nairobi AI Forum (9–10 February) as the Founder of @Strateji_Inc , one of the innovators under the @AIHub4SD

Hosted by the Governments of Italy represented by H.E Vincenzo Del Monaco who invited us to a lovely networking reception at his residence;

The government of Kenya represented by H.E Ambassador @pthigo , alongside the AI Hub backed by the EU, Italy, @UNDP and G7 countries, the forum brought together policy leaders, innovators, and investors shaping the AI ecosystem.

From learning about the AI infrastructure stack and startup financing, to meeting brilliant innovators and engaging in partnership conversations, the experience was both validating and energizing.

Ending the forum having connected with key stakeholders and even sharing moments with both ambassadors made it all the more memorable.

Earlier this year I was invited by @StephanieAyieta from @KBCChannel1 to discuss our decentralised cloud infrastructure @RunOnFlux and the opportunities it presents for regions where access to both CPU and GPU compute is limited.
