@tkcarter82 @stefanpaetow @RoryCopus @HenleyRegatta I set the Strava segments up to match the official time given to the crew on race day. Sometimes not enough gps points to be super accurate with start and finish. Not many sports where you cross the start line and then cross it again, that explains why HRR course not 100%

This is an intelligent application of solar panels in India. No new land taken out of use and it reduces evaporation of the water in the aqueduct.

@UtrcMasters @HenleyRegatta Personally only seen variation like that when we stopped the boat on the finish of a segment and so stroke drifted over the line where as bow was still at full speed. In a double/Quad biggest variation has been 3 seconds. I wonder how many KOM’s are down to favourable GPS data 🤔

@UtrcMasters @HenleyRegatta Wow that’s quite a variation. Faster at stroke slower at bow or no correlation to where they were sat in a the boat? All decent GPS devices?

@UtrcMasters @HenleyRegatta Found it, some early starters setting some times for today on the segment. (Segment could now be 10-15 seconds off of official timing need to confirm where the start is)

Only in desktop Strava and seems to be a hidden segment until it’s unhidden. Must be too similar to the actual Henley course segment. The app lets you look at today’s results normally but can’t as no segment showing 😩

@UtrcMasters @HenleyRegatta I have tweaked it but segment time no longer corresponds to official timing from last year. I may need to have another go when got more official times.
