@spooters Huh, that's actually an optional restriction the poll creator can turn on/off in the poll settings. So don't blame us ;)

@OptiSean @hmeisler By default, VPN users are excluded because it is easy to spoof one's IP to be able to vote multiple times. However, this is an optional restriction that the poll creator can turn on or off.
