@SajjadSarwar71 @Fancricket12 Thomson might have been higher end of the 80s, maybe the odd ball at 90. The rest would have been lower 80s pretty consistently. Guys who had worse nutrition, worse physios, lived like amateurs and had less biomechanical support wouldn't match what we've got today

@JNSports1 Do people forget how bad England were when Stokes took over? They took a really poor side and won something like 10 of their first 12 tests.
Against better sides, you have to try something radical. They didn't have the skill to compete playing traditional cricket
