@RBPundit I genuinely don’t know what people are buying that they actually argue it’s just as expensive to cook as eat out. For $200 I can eat well for a month 3 meals a day + snacks and have leftovers.

@SouthsideSavior You freeze the extra patties and buns until you want to eat them. Why does it matter what the total is when you have the ability either save the rest for the future or make something else out of it and it will save you a ton of money?

@bigmonkeong We tried the color a couple times and it looked cool but it looks so much better in black and white. They really put effort in to making sure the contrast, makeup, clothing textures, etc would look really good in b&w.

@Uncle__Jrue @thejohnpeterson Traffic slows because people are riding each others ass to prevent merging. When you’re too close any adjustment in speed causes cascade braking that will lead to cars even just 5-10 back being forced to stop. That’s not even accounting for people trying to merge early but can’t.

@thejohnpeterson All people would have to do to make them work is leave enough space for someone to merge. Everyone tailgating in the right lane for miles to prevent any merging causes traffic to slow down way more than just zippering would do.

Most states have rules where if there’s property that isn’t maintained and someone takes over care for years they own it. I knew someone thatgot free land because they planted wildflowers and landscaped what they thought was a vacant lot

@Fat_Electrician Why are all these posts reminding me of when a builder that doesn’t do new construction had a foundation poured without imbedding anchor bolts for framing to “make our job easier”? Had to drill 150 1/2” holes 10” deep. I hate that guy.

@Banished_Elk @maenadea True. Both sides seem to not really acknowledge that Europe and U.S. are massive with different climates. My point was more that our weather is more frequent and severe on average and isn’t really isolated to certain parts of the country aside from extreme cold and hurricanes.
