Got into my Uber and he canceled the ride without telling me. He drove me to a gas station and was demanding I pay him through Zelle. I got a call from another Uber driver, who is waiting to pick me up at the hotel and got charged for not being there. I said I didn’t feel safe and I was just in a bad accident with Uber and I want this on the record with the app since I’m traveling for work- he offered to just let me hold his ID. I went into the gas station and he kept trying to pick up new Ubers I’d order. Once again thanks to @TheFangdom for being on the phone with me while I got out of the situation. I’m not trying to be a dick about the situation, but people have to think about how it feels to be a solo, female traveler. Don’t lock me in your car????
