Another petition to have our original voice actors included in the #FinalFantasyVIIRemake @SquareEnixUSA listen to us please!

With #gamergate2 pointing out corruption with gaming journalists, it cannot be overlooked how companies such as Sony & Square Enix employ journalists to push their narratives to manipulate fans concerning their titles.

An 18-actor recast would never be ignored without force.

Their voices brought some of my favorite characters to life by lending them a voice. 🩷 So now I'll be theirs. @SquareEnix Please do a DLC for #FF7R to include the Legacy Cast & keep the new cast! Fans would be so excited to play with both! #FF7

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

@finalfantasyvii It would be awesome to get a DLC of the Legacy Cast so we can play with both casts! Sad that the characters were recast to help promote The CW shows and Sony productions 🥲

[🌙 Angie @braverxchaos]

https://t.co/XkIsUb8fpK It's unbelievable how much I miss hearing both of them in #FF7R, along with all of the other #FF7AC Voices. 😭😭 #CloudandSephiroth

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

Made a little voice over video of FF7Rebirth and this scene from Advent Children was chef's kiss 🧑‍🍳 I had to edit Barret in there, but it turned out pretty good 😆

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

@stevesaylor They recast Final Fantasy 7 Remake and Rebirth so they could use The CW actors to market their shows like All American and Supergirl to the Final Fantasy audience. 18 long-term voice actors gone.

Please consider including the additional DLC legacy patch option to #FF7R ! We would love to play with both the new & original cast!

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

Cait Sith is one of my favorite characters in FF7 Rebirth! They animated him so perfectly!! 📣

Check out this Dirge of Cerberus scene overlayed on this scene from Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth with Greg Ellis and Steve Blum 🥹

Warner Bros is also recasting games to fit their television actors in to market their shows 😒

We will never forget Final Fantasy 7 Remake’s recast 🥲

Fired 18 long-term voice actors so they could market Supergirl and All American.

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

Tifa Lockhart voiced by Rachael Leigh Cook! 🥊

She voiced Tifa in 8 titles:

Advent Children, Kingdom Hearts 2, Dirge of Cerberus, Dissidia 012, Final Fantasy Explorers, World of FF, Mobius, & Dissidia NT.

She was the voice of Tifa for 13 years until FF7R was recast.

This is Square Enix Japan’s physical address:

Square Enix
SHINJUKU EASTSIDE SQUARE 6-27-30 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo 160-8430, Japan

I believe three stamps should do the trick to get it to Japan, but it depends on where you live and the weight! 😎

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

Let’s switch things up! 🙌

Katsuhiro Harada gave expert advice how to get developers attention.

Let’s do a letter campaign! ✉️

Whenever you can, drop a letter in the mail box addressed to Square Enix Japan to show your love for the Compilation voice actors! 🥰

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

This is why I believe Square Enix North America was instructed to use the Compilation Cast in Final Fantasy 7 Remake / Rebirth by Japan, but they decided to rebel in 2018 and work separately from Japan with localization which would explain the INTENSE marketing of the new VAs.

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

Just like every single news site ignored the recast of Final Fantasy VII Remake and are acting like the characters have never had voices before.

[The Reunion ✨ @TheReunionVII]

Why does this fit so well in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth?! 😭

✨No Spoilers✨

We took the scene with meeting Vincent Valentine ⚰️ in FF7 Rebirth and made a voice over with Steve Blum (Vincent Valentine) and Greg Ellis (Cait Sith)! 😺

[Kit Kat ✨🦇🦭🥔 @NerdKatFTW]

I’m sorry I’m not sorry but it is not Cloud unless he’s voiced by #steveburton #jasonmorgan #stonecold. I said what I said.

[Lapis Arsene @LapisArsene]

@ClayAwesmic With anything, a few recast here and there happens. Anyone can understand if a character barely spoke. But, there's no reason to legit replace everyone.

“Superman is still voicing Sephiroth”

“The original didn’t have voices”

And then all the bullying and personal attacks too.

Sounds familiar 😏 https://t.co/HxGH6xrf9n
