Really pleased that @SDCCG @northderbysccg review concluded both @TheStrokeAssoc services in the county should continue to be funded by them. Stroke Survivors/Carers instrumental in making the case - really hope other services impacted manage secure funding from other sources.
Campaigns are at their best when those who are impacted by decisions are involved - Stroke survivors and staff made great representation to @worcscc cabinet. @TheStrokeAssoc will make sure survivors get the chance to have their say on their services.
. @emmylooraven has been campaigning constantly and consistently for Stroke Services. She’s a powerful exponent of what really matters to those impacted by Stroke and her blog is well worth a read!
