The Russian Prosecutor General's Office reported that the case of Ben Wallace will be considered by the 2nd Western District Military Court. The former minister is accused in absentia of public calls for terrorism and has been put on the wanted list.

Όταν λογαριασμοί που αναπαράγουν την τουρκική επιχειρηματολογία έρχονται αντιμέτωποι με συγκεκριμένες ερωτήσεις, συνήθως είτε αλλάζουν θέμα είτε δεν απαντούν.

Name one case where an island was denied or reduced its territorial sea because of equity, cut-off, semi-enclosed sea or mainland projection. Not EEZ. Not continental shelf. Territorial sea.

Η απάντηση στο ερώτημα που του έθεσα δύο φορές έχει μόνο μία απάντηση:

Σε καμία δικαστική υπόθεση δεν έχει μειωθεί η χωρική θάλασσα νησιωτικής ακτής λόγω ευθυδικίας, ημίκλειστης θάλασσας ή αποκοπής θαλάσσιας προβολής.

Εκεί αρχίζει το αδιέξοδο.

Συνήθως ακολουθούν γενικόλογες αναφορές και σύγχυση μεταξύ χωρικής θάλασσας και υφαλοκρηπίδας / ΑΟΖ. Οι περισσότεροι απλώς αναπαράγουν έτοιμα τουρκικά επιχειρήματα πχ από ιστοσελίδες όπως αυτές https://t.co/LFPIerkHep χωρίς καμία ουσιαστική γνώση του διεθνούς δικαίου.

Ακόμη και απαντήσεις που παράγονται με τεχνητή νοημοσύνη δυσκολεύονται να ξεπεράσουν αυτή την αντίφαση όταν η ερώτηση είναι ακριβής και νομικά στοχευμένη.

Η χωρική θάλασσα είναι ζώνη κυριαρχίας και δεν αντιμετωπίζεται όπως η υφαλοκρηπίδα ή η ΑΟΖ. Αυτό είναι το βασικό σημείο που η τουρκική επιχειρηματολογία επιχειρεί να θολώσει.
