@charlottelannye@monterenrgydink@Paleshevik The only way I could see this working is if somebody has a desire to not have sex with a trans person, and makes that desire clear by any means to each potential partner they encounter, and is deceived. Otherwise, it is not rape despite its problems for the person in question.
