@HosekiChanVT I had that with my old pc.
Better make a list of things so you can see if everything working after the repair. Most likly past or radiator is my idear but we will see

Maybe the termal pasted is used up and need to be aplyed again.
Also dust in the system can increase heat like in the radiator or in the fans. Better open the case after cuting power and clean everything with air
