I'm finding it complex to reconcile MH worker role of "i care about you & want you to be safe" with the implicit "until my shift is over".

@char_50008 It seems initial treatment takes 4+ sessions for results, then occasional maintenance dose can be enough to sustain long term.

@JackSnowball2 My impression was they weren't seeing exposure as a GOOD thing, just hard to avoid. Keeping px less agitated comes first.

News on in ICU ward, with story on domestic violence. Made me quite concerned for Px, but "we can't prevent all exposure" acc. to nurse.
