Sexton of the 13th Royal Horse Artillery as a part of the 11th Armored Division crossing the Seine on the 30th of August 1944.
Loving the Sexton in GoH Ostfront.
Today’s “Odd Tank” is the 🇺🇸American ‘Stingray II’
Built in the 1990’s, the Stingray II Light Tank was a further development of the Stingray.
Both versions would use the 105mm LRF gun, but the Stingray II would improve other elements. The light armor protection would be reinforced with high hardness steel as well as additional add-on armor modules. Its fighting capability was improved by adding a new fire control system and thermal imaging for the gunner. To compensate for the added armor, a more powerful 550hp Detroit Diesel 8V-92TA engine would be used.
Let me get this straight: Instead of your tax dollars going towards the things you were protesting for, it’s now going towards cleaning up after your temper tantrum.
