Hot take (which shouldn't be a hot take at all but whatever) play the game however you want. Cheat, use save states, rewind, whatever, as long as it's fun for you and it's not affecting other people(like don't cheat and shit online and be a dick) it doesn't matter how you play.

I'm out most of the day so my switch comes with me & I play it off and on throughout the day so I rarely have time to boot up the PS or Xbox, and when my fiance gets home, she likes to play something so I tend to gravitate towards the S2 for my games.

@RandyOviasogie @khlo_ow It's possible, Halo did it and it was super simple. You buy the battle passes but can only have one active at a time. Whatever XP you gain goes towards that battle pass and you're free to toggle between them as long as you own them.

@vlkyre @UFObuds @PunctualWizard But then I also have local game shops called Tower of Games and all they have is TTRPG stuff, so large sections of DnD 5E, WH40K, WHAoS, Pathfinder, trading cards like Magic and Pokémon. Everything except CR stuff lol

@vlkyre @UFObuds @PunctualWizard What's funny is only 2nd and Charles has CR stuff near me. I have a Hobby Town nearby that has some TTRPG stuff but it mostly focuses on stuff like Gunpla. I have a Games Workshop that focuses on mostly WH40K but does have DnD and PF stuff, no CR at all

@vlkyre @UFObuds @PunctualWizard His hobby store sounds like the DnD section at my local 2nd and Charles which is 50/50 5E and CR. The actual hobby stores around me are like 5% CR and the rest is WH40K, DnD 5E, Pathfinder, trading cards, etc.
