@EthaanJack I agree, sadly I need to transfer a domain name as part of a legal settlement and as they are preventing this they are stalling the legal settlement.
@123reg as a long time customer I want to thank you for the awful customer service received over the last 6 weeks. Especially the phone call today where you really lowered your game. 3 times promised a manager call back and never happens. #shameful#123reg#AvoidThosePeople
@BBCNews I only watch BBC Breakfast M-W. When these two appear I switch to radio. Real switch to the atmosphere of the show come Thursdays, and not a nice one.
@AmazonUK Shame you don’t refund on returned faulty items. 6 weeks and still no money despite being told repeatedly 2 days max. Now you’re not even replying to emails. I’ve even been given a gift card for my troubles but still no £3k refund.
@AmazonUK just cancelled prime membership as you refuse to refund me nearly £3k for a returned faulty item under extended (paid for) warranty. Awful experience. #disgrace
Sorry to hear Alex Cruz has had such a hard time of it and made sacrifices and made hard decisions. Now willies forearm has been removed from his anus it seems he’s started to wobble. I for one would have thrown willie right under the bus! #leaderless#babetrayal
@AmazonHelp please please help me, I’ve had some serious fraud activity on my account with thousands of pounds spent, I email but keep getting the same response copy & pasted with a new name. Is this normal or have I been hacked? So stressed & upset. Do I call police?
@AmazonHelp As for not being able to view my details via social media, on Monday I was contacted via email by the social media team who referenced the item code and refund status. So another lie.
@AmazonHelp What was just a refund has now become costs, compensation and legally and publicly holding you to account. Awful awful business practice in such an awful time. You’ve abused customer loyalty and faith and handled the issue appallingly.
@AmazonHelp So you want me to reply to the email, the same email Ive received 11 times saying we’ll be in touch max 2 days, and no one does, I email, call, tweet and the response is the same email. A senior manager did authorise refund & return 3 weeks ago. Now I’m being told needs a manager
@AmazonHelp To authorise refund. 9 weeks in total and each contact I get the same response and told the same thing to which I get a copy and paste response. You have my £3k and the anti refund team are doing everything to keep it. You’re a disgrace. I’ve emailed trading standards
@AmazonHelp That’s the problem and why I think there’s a security Issue. I keep getting the same email response (double figures now) with the same message. No problem I’ll call the action fraud helpline and report it to the police.
@AmazonHelp Yes I constantly keep getting a copy and paste email from a different person and I seriously think Ive been hacked. I originally thought it was incompetence or an anti refund tactic, but now I have serious security concerns.
@AmazonHelp Well I’ve waited up to the 12 hours as your email instructed, and nothing. Obviously I’m not getting a refund after weeks of trying and I’ve lost nearly £3k, not to mention the emotional harm. @JeffBezos@AmazonUK
@AmazonHelp I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund for faulty item which was in repair for 2 months. Call several times to be told to wait 3 days max. Re-call & whole story again to be told 3 days. So after 3 weeks it’s obvious you’re not refunding me. Small claims court.
@AmazonHelp Yes I’m into the fifth cycle of “wait 3 days maximum” which is confirmed each time by follow up email. Nothing happens and I call after 4 days for the same thing to happen again, and again, and again, and again, and again....
