@DeadlineDayLive In that case can the FA line up Wrighty to be Gareth’s replacement. We might not win anything with Wrighty as England manager but the football would be attacking and can you imagine Wrighty on the touchline 😂😂
@FBAwayDays I don’t like the style of football his teams play. I haven’t always agreed with his selections or teams he has put on the field. But that all said you cannot argue with his record (best of any manager) or what he has done overall for the national team setup from u16 to seniors.
@SkyFootball That’s the point of having a squad. Rest players and use other players. No point saying Bellingham is tired when Palmer / Bowen / Gordon were hardly used. Rotation use the squad.
@SkyFootball He may have scored loads of goals but come on, seriously you are gonna say Kane is better than …. Gazza, Bobby Charlton, Duncan Edwards, Bobby Moore, David Beckham, Wayne Rooney, Glenn Hoddle, Stanley Matthews, Billy Wright, Bryan Robson and that’s just to name a few.
That was for Graham Taylor, the man vilified by the scum press through the actions of a poor ref, Taylor paid for it his whole life and who can forget that front page of his face superimposed on a turnip.
