@HazelCowie I’m no real nerd but I have just returned from Bologna… advice would be to definitely experience the streets and piazzas after dark as well as in the day. They certainly know how to illuminate architecture. And the Teatro Anatomico at the old university is well worth a visit

I saw a new Halifax ad. It looks uncannily like my town's centre but not run down. It was filmed there, but they put nice facades on empty shops and hired fake, non-local shoppers. The ad is about 'celebrating the local community'. In reality, Goole's centre has been decimated 1/
