@RogerthePolice @DJVC8834 the papers are reporting that the grabbing of the throat was accepted as not happening and that the only use of force that wasn't proportionate was the suggested use of leg restraints.
I appreciate the papers are often wrong but it seems a weirdly specific bit to report on

@SjBarrister @Brick_Cop @ukhomeoffice No, but you're taking one incident and extrapolating it over the entirety of the UK police. Similar I'd say to blaming one person working for a company for the faults of others in the same company. I'd suggest that someone thinking rationally wouldn't do that
