@VeryHelpers returned two items and one has been refunded on the wrong item? Now very have reversed a credit voucher I received? It was pretty obvious what was returned so why has it been messed up and yet I’m the one doing the chasing??

@haven I’ve just check my caravan grading and I was previously a Prestige but now I’m classed as a bronze? That’s one grade up from bottom, which isn’t what a prestige is? Can you clarify??

@IanFull95628635 @haven Trying to get through is almost impossible, how can they bundle the grades together when deluxe and prestige are different types of caravan but seem to have been stuck into the bronze category and as a prestige customer we loose some of the benefits.
Surely we should be silver.

@haven been trying to book activities on the web and it’s been down for 3 hours, now I can only book 2 swimming sessions for me, my wife and two kids? So we can only go swimming twice on our week long holiday.
This isn’t the holiday experience we booked and paid for.

@AskPS_UK So what can I do? I’ve not owned that ps4 for probably 10 months and I’m sure I took off my payment card and turned off renewals before but it still took money out sni when I logged back in after seeing charge my details are still stored.
