@MorecambeFC@surridgesport Round beach collar makes it look like a training top… too much black; our primary colour is and will always be red, if the crest is central the manufacturing logo should be too - otherwise it looks disjointed. Who signed off on this? Not a great start from Surridge
@txfblife This might result from a 30m state population for 2x professional NFL teams. In England, if there wasn’t a football pyramid structure consisting of 92 clubs with other professional teams below that… there might be more interest in juvenile sports; however creepy that sounds

@savagesteph82 Great trip; sun caught a few out. In a 5 minute walk from the ground I encountered:
Dad with 14yo lad on all fours next to a pile of vomit (must’ve been the escargot)
Man urinating on the side of a building
Lady that’d wet herself being up by husband
Watching Wigan away 🍒⚪️🏉
@TrylineUK I thought the concept was great, but preferred the trip to Barcelona a few years back. Catalans do a great job putting on these games, and should be supported in their efforts. The game itself was a bit one-sided; they’ve fallen away on the field the last couple of years
@ponte_pele@Forty20magazine Also recently been an ashes series with 130k+ punters. The game isn’t blessed with having a huge following in the UK - until that changes you can’t keep selling more and more to the same captive market; there’s a limit. Moving from Wembley would diminish the Challenge Cup IMO
@CamDonDuncan Not sure if you’d get 60k for the final of this comp if it wasn’t at Wembley? Part of the appeal is the venue and the history there. When the RFL moved the final to Spurs a few years ago the crowd was 51k, laregly thanks to slashing the prices last minute.
Football should bring people together, not shut them out.
For the first time since the competition began, fans won’t be able to watch the Champions League final for free. That’s not right.
This is bigger than wanting to watch Arsenal in this historic final. It’s bigger than one club.
Hardworking people shouldn’t have to fork out for a subscription to watch this match.
I urge TNT Sports to reconsider and make the final next Saturday free to watch.
@AmateurishRL To be fair to Leigh they’ve won the challenge cup and finished inside the playoffs for the last three seasons - losing in the semi finals for the last two
Bradford is more of a stretch; but like it or not their name still carries weight despite a 10 year absence from the SL

@ShrimpsKits The club never sold this 3rd kit. Unless you have a player issue shirt, the more common version has “Morecambe Supportes” in the scroll rather than “Morecambe Football Club” as fans ordered these from Umbro; think Jimmy Goulding arranged it
@samainsworth1 What’s a Legends Lounge Season Ticket? These appear to be £765! If it’s access to the hospitalty suite and premium seating… that’s the equivalent of the £479 C Premier at Morecambe. Chester’s early bird prices for seating and terrace are also more expensive than the Shrimps
@TomCarnduff@KieranMaguire C Prem season ticket is expensive, but includes access to a hospitality lounge. There’s around 50 of these seats available, and they usually sell out. I wish the club wouldnt advertise them as people generally renew. The equivalent seat at Chester City was £765 for 25/26
