@eddiegibbs The SFA has a lot to answer for also. They have no vision for the game. The scottish league is at an all time low. European results are an embarrassment. The league needs changing to a normal format.
Youth football is also dreadfully run. We could do so much more and better

The league needs to be expanded back to playing each other twice. The standard has fallen to an all time low. We don't develop players in that environment.
Youth football is also shocking.

@tarffdc @JimSpenceDundee Its league football but its a mess. Boys go from 1/3 pitch to full size, size 4 in a matter of weeks.
If in the wrong division some teams will go all season undefeated or without winning a game
The system is so inflexible. Shorter leagues so teams could move up and down sooner

Ross Stewart great season at Southampton not getting minutes at all.
Also if these players are so bad why did the manager pick them?

@pieandbov What happened is no surprise, anyone watching us for the last 8 yrs knew this was going to happen. Why have smaller nations got better manager's, why have they done better with less quality?
But the league must change, playing each other 4 times has destroyed scottish football

@chris_sutton73 You play to your strengths passing out from the back against a quick forward line was madness. We've played 4 different formations in 4 games, constantly plays players out of position. No plan b. Shankland struggled in friendlies, cant press but you start him against Brazil

@itvfootball @IanWright0 @markpougatch Start with getting the league sorted, playing each other 4 times has destroyed the game. Young scottish players have to leave to develop The syfa is another problem, soul destroying league structure, no youth development. Making kids sick of the game.

@JimDelahunt We have the fear Jim, how will Scotland out Scotland Scotland, by missing out on qualifying for the next round, while Cape Verde and others qualify in the easiest WC ever....well apart from our group.
Other teams are performing much better with less quality.

@RacingPost That just means the later races are run 12.30 and 1pm hottest parts of the day, where is the logic!!!! Just cancel, horse and staff welfare, we'll not miss a couple meetings. Racing might look professional for a change

@racingoncourse Summers are hotter, ground is firmer. Its not just the racing at high temps and humidity, its travelling horses in that temp, staff working in it.
Income is always a problem as prizemoney is so low.

@racingoncourse Just to answer a few comments, racing is currently relentless and unsustainable. No big prize money for summer racing, generally small fields.
Ireland no Racing once a week maximum 2 meetings a day. We're 7 days a week 5 meetings a day.

@donhutch4 He's played this 4-5-1 several times and we've been beaten each time. No plan B,poor selection,just panic when we went 1 down. This is a really good team playing dreadful football. We playv4-4-2 in friendlies and then change. Doaks not starting was awful.

@StanCollymore The ref should give the player the chance to admit guilt,if they do they get a yellow for diving, if not the player gets dragged by the ref to screen, shown in HD he dived and gets a red!!!
