@SimonM_72 @anandMenon1 Apparently there will be a Turkish general election in 2028 so maybe after that and the rule of law issues are resolved.

If that happens then I would expect Turkey to be a member state before the UK.

At last a post #Brexit PM who is being honest with the British people about the benefits of free movement.

FWIW IMO @andyburnham is honest & determined to strengthen our economy & make the UK a better, fairer, more prosperous & safer place for all its people.
