I hear that @DominicRaab is on TV repeating the provable untruth that the record backlog in the Crown Courts was caused by “Covid” and by “the barristers’ strike”.

It was not.

The backlog was caused by Mr Raab’s - and his colleagues’ - defunding of the criminal justice system.
