@champneys please can you help me with returning a damaged product?

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@PetOffers Hi, having problems joining your website, can you assist? Thanks

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 useless seriously!

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@AsdaServiceTeam it's just arrived, not sure everything will be ok now though :-(

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@AsdaServiceTeam you have DMs from me

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@AsdaServiceTeam hi, still need a response to my order please, tracking said delivered days ago?????

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 biggest most useless answer ever, shame we just become a number, & not a customer it's not even about getting it back. Missed the point!

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

Busy day but 2 great walks with dogs in between.

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 Oh dear. The reason for tweeting is I already had and found the answer unacceptable and not helpful. Such a shame :-(

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 and ask followed picture not the letter I ended up also sending case.

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 your paper work shows a charger yet you say don't send them

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 think you have missed the point completely! Charger is not an issue, don't need or want it back, it's the case...

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 direct, if look at picture in box you send, shows a charge lead, that's confusing, because of this missed anything saying dont send case

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 that it's obvious in the letter that they dispose of these straight away - not that obvious really...!

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

Off for walk with dogs and the Wing Chun tonight.

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@O2 problem partly resolved as how have my phone back from O2 recycle but missing the case and charger lead :-(

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

I@AsdaServiceTeam no I have tried by email . Contact form and no phone numbers on website :-(

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]

@AsdaServiceTeam @asda I contacting you via another twitter account & online. I would like an update on an order but struggling please

[Stuart Reed @StuartDReed]
