@ChargePlaceScot can you confirm if the helpline is functioning this morning? I eventually got as far as being put on hold, 50 minutes later I'm still on hold. Perhaps updating your customers on expected waiting times on Twitter would be useful?

@ChargePlaceScot why is no-one answering at your 24/7 call centre? I have a delivery van on charge that needs to be released ASAP from a charging point
